Conference series on archaeo-gastronomy: Food in the times of the Moriscos

Santiago La Parra, professor of the Department of Audiovisual Communication, Documentation and Art History of the Polytechnic University of Valencia will offer, this Thursday 29 of March, the conference The food in the times of the Moriscos, which is part of the program of the cycle on archeology-gastronomy organized by the Seu Universitària de Dénia (Universitat d'Alacant).
