Christmas menu: a reinvented classic
Their proposal for Christmas is an ode to traditional flavours with a contemporary touch. It will begin with a mild monkfish consommé with a touch of ginger, seafood skewer, followed by a supreme cod ingot on a bed of piquillo peppers and smoked cauliflower cream with black caviar.

New Year's menu: a magical night
The New Year's Eve menu you present offers a complete and varied gastronomic experience. It starts with a welcome cocktail and a selection of appetizers to whet your appetite. Then, the gala dinner will delight you with a fresh salad, a fish carpaccio, a pork Wellington and a main course of baked fish.
Finally, a delicious chocolate coulant and a selection of drinks will allow you to celebrate the arrival of the new year.
