Almost 500 people presented for the 22 places in the Occupation Plan

15 June 2020 - 13: 51

Last week the deadline to register and be eligible for the 22 places that the City Council offered within its Occupation Plan. These people will be hired until the end of the year and among the tasks to which they will have to dedicate is that of sensitizing and informing users of the beaches so that they comply with the security measures this summer.

This hiring initially had some controversy due to the short term that those interested had to present themselves, as well as because Creama and not Labora was the body in charge of managing it, which was criticized by some opposition groups. However, the City Council has stated that there have been many interested in these places and that they have been reported without problem through Creama.

In total, 486 are in the process to apply for these 22 places. The City Council's intention is that 50% of these be covered by women, five by people in situations of extreme vulnerability derived from social services and two by people with functional diversity.
