The General Director of Territorial Planning, Urbanism and Landscape, Rosa Pardo, has been this Wednesday morning in Dénia for the first time to meet with part of the government team on the development of the Transitory Urban Regulations.
According to Pardo, some questions are being finalized after the report of allegations, ensuring that the document will be finalized before the December 20, after and as announced a few days ago.
Work is currently being done on the response to the 94 allegations submitted to the initial document, of which the ones relating to the categorization of urbanized land are the most complex, and they are finalizing aspects of the drafting, index cards and cartography, according to Pardo. Once these works have been completed, the NUT document will be transferred to the Law of the Generalitat Valenciana and, subsequently, to the final approval of the Consell, "which will be shortly".
These rules will be in force until the General Structural Plan is approved, which according to the councilor for the territory, Maria Josep Ripoll "will be approved as soon as possible".
Ripoll reminded that it is a transitory document and that "the final solution is the PGE", a document already advanced from which "Soon we will have news".
