The dianense association Amunt Against Cancer stomp face 2019. Last Friday afternoon they presented Warrior Gifts, the solidary calendar that honors people who have suffered, or suffer from, some type of cancer.
Warrior Gifts is composed of images of members of the association and the theater group Valentes i Positives, which have been photographed by the graduate in nursing and anthropologist María José Garrido. To illustrate the cover, a poem by Mila Martínez has been chosen.
As a stage they have chosen emblematic places of the region as Marines, the Punta Negra, the cova de les Calaveres, in Benidoleig, or the mills of La Plana de Xàbia.
The calendars are already on sale for 5 euros in Cani Barber Shop, Mongana, Viajes Oceanis, Karmen Platería, Infoway, Hollywood, or by contacting any of the people in the association.
