Creama students create a boccia track at Raquel Payá

19 December 2022 - 15: 37

The Raquel Payá school already has a track for boccia thanks to the actions of the students of the Basic Qualified Training Program (PFQB) of Assistant Operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities.

The students have had to investigate Paralympic sport to paint the slopes adequately with respect to the regulations. Boccia is a sport in which you have to throw some balls so that they are as close as possible to a white ball placed at a certain point on the field.

After the painting work, the councilor of Creama, Sandra Gertrudix, the Councilor for Education, Melani Ivars, the director of Raquel Payá, Miquel Ivars, and the head of studies, Carla Marí, have visited the track. Raquel Payá's management wanted to thank the initiative. From Creama-Dénia the intention to continue with the collaborative line with the Department of Education has been highlighted.
