They ask for 9 years in prison for a continued crime of sexual abuse for a man who is accused of forcing his partner's daughter, who was 47 years old and mentally disabled, to have sexual relations.
The accused, 65 years old at the time of the events, lived with his mother and daughter in his house in Dénia, where they used to spend their vacations. According to the Prosecutor's Office, the man entered the victim's room without the mother realizing it and took advantage of her innocence and the trust she had in him, who was her mother's partner for years, to subject her to different sexual practices.
The trial will begin next Tuesday, October 11, before the Provincial Court of Alicante.
