31 young people complete the training in the Creama Dénia Basic Qualification Programs

The 2021/2022 course of the Basic Qualification Training Programs managed by Creama Dénia has closed this week. The act, held in the Plenary Hall of the Dénia Town Hall, has had the participation of the manager of Creama, Rosario Donderis, the Councilor for Education, Melani Ivars and the Councilor for Creama, Sandra Gertrúdix and the presence of the teaching team of the programs, Creama technical staff and part of the students.

In this 2021/2022 academic year, four training programs have been taught: "Auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities", new this course and the only one of this specialty that is taught at the regional level; “Auxiliary activities and ship support in port”, also unique at the level of the Valencian Community and this year has celebrated its third edition; “Auxiliary trade activities” and “Auxiliary activities in forest conservation and improvement”. The budget allocation of the Ministry of Education for its development has been 159.417,6 euros.

In total, 31 young people have managed to complete their training, which began in September 2021 and now ends in June, with a total of 960 teaching hours. The training also includes internships in companies in Dénia and the region. Specifically, this course sixteen have collaborated: Natura Garden, Inspira Garden, Sol Gata, Denia tennis club, Raquel Payá Public School, Dénia Municipal Soccer School, Teulada-Moraira City Council (Sports), Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Stylo Lighting, Sprinter. Pòsit de Dénia, Real Club Náutico de Dénia, Varadero Port, Náutica Noguera and Punta Estrella Charter.

Collaboration with companies

To all these collaborating companies, as well as to the departments of Education, Parks and Gardens, Joventut and Sports of the Dénia City Council and the teaching team, the manager of Creama, Rosario Donderis, has thanked their collaboration in the development of the programs. A training offer that Creama has been carrying out, uninterruptedly, since the 1994-1995 academic year and that "always places students at the center of its actions and planning".

The councilors of the City Council of Dénia, for their part, have stressed the importance of young people who have completed the training programs "return to formal studies or join the labor market", but always "betting on themselves and without stopping learning throughout life”.

The closing ceremony of the 2021/2022 programs has concluded with a video that includes different activities in which the students have participated during the course and the delivery of certificates.
